Women Find Their THRIVE With EWI
Through EWI, professional women come together to help their companies, their careers and their communities thrive.
The EWI experience is based around our three core values: connections, careers, and community. The value of each to everyone in the EWI network is as diverse as our members themselves. Regardless of personal or professional goals, EWI offers a full spectrum of opportunities to build stronger skills, relationships, communities, and businesses.
“Welcome to EWI Milwaukee! I appreciate that you stopped by to learn more about our organization. Please look around to see what we are all about. If you would like to experience EWI Milwaukee, we meet the first Tuesday evening of each month and I invite you to register for our upcoming meeting.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please feel free to contact me – I am happy to help!” Tina Braley

JANUARY Meeting 2016: Thank you for attending the January meeting and making “no-sew” blankets with big smiles!! THANK YOU especially for staying a little bit later to complete all of the blankets!
Our Program for the evening consisted of creating “no-sew” tied fleece blankets for youth in need. The blankets will go to youth 11 – 17 years old who have turned to Pathfinders Milwaukee, an organization that provides emotional support and basic needs for Milwaukee’s homeless youth.
While creating these blankets in groups of two or three, we got better connected with one another. We shared the reason(s) we enjoy membership in EWI, what motivates us to stay active in the organization and how it has helped us from a personal and professional standpoint. Newer members and guests were encouraged to ask questions of the more seasoned members who shared their stories, experiences, and ideas.
We promised no special sewing or craft skills were needed – We completed 13 blankets! We delivered the blankets to Pathfinders on Tuesday, January 26, 2016. The staff truly appreciated your hard work!!!
