Tina Braley, Environmental Innovations
Tina has been a member of the Milwaukee Chapter since February, 2014 and has served on various committees and was the 2016 Fundraising for Operations Director and Retention & Recruitment Director. Tina is looking forward to the GROWTH she’ll obtain while serving the chapter as President. Also, Zig Ziglar said it best, “The more you recognize and express GRATITUDE for the things you have, the more things you will have to express gratitude for.”
Tina represents Environmental Innovations. She has been in sales with them for 9-years and was promoted to Sales Manager earlier this year.
Jennifer DeLaura, Wildtree
Jennifer joined EWI at the end of 2015 because she was impressed with the overall camaraderie and variety of strong, talented professional women. Jennifer is also passionate about helping other women have an outlet for personal development and financial freedom through helping them build their own businesses.
Tracy Southern, Robert W. Baird
Tracy’s firm Baird joined EWI in March of 2017. She has been a member of the Philanthropy Committee.
Tracy is the Senior Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baird.
Marjorie Yoshida, MMAC
Marjorie’s firm joined EWI in July of 2015. She served on the Fundraising for Operations Committee her first year and was Hospitality Director last year.
Marjorie is administrative services manager for the Milwaukee 7 program (M7) and the Milwaukee Development Corporation (MDC).
Hannah Degner, All American Window & Door
Hannah has been involved in EWI since June of 2013. This is her second year serving on the board.
She represents member firm All American Window and Door Company. Hannah has been with her firm for 9 years.
Barb Benish, Briggs & Stratton
Barb has been a member of EWI since October 2011. She has served as Chapter Secretary, President Elect, President and Board Advisor. She also keeps the Chapter’s Strategic Plan updated.
Barb represents the firm of Briggs & Stratton Corporation where she has been an employee since 1985.
Jackie Mackinen, FedEx Ground
Jackie joined EWI in October 2016 because she had always had an interest with this organization through past team members experiences and she wanted to collaborate with strong women and give back to her community. This past year she was part of the Program Committee. In her short time with EWI, Jackie has enjoyed making connections with the great women of this organization.
Jackie has been with FedEx Ground for twelve years and she currently has the title of Senior Manager – Postal Programs and Customer Engineering.
|RETENTION & RECRUITMENT DIRECTOR
Sue has been a member of EWI since 2002 and has served on various committees the last 15 years. Most recently, she has served on the board as Director of Retention & Recruitment. Her first trip to LCAM was this year in September.
Sue is Executive Assistant to Mary Lou Young, President & CEO of United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, and next week she will be celebrating her 16th anniversary at United Way. United Way fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in every community.
|FUNDRAISING FOR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Kanini Cowens, Associated Bank
Kanini joined EWI in July of 2016. This is the meeting that started the partnership with Next Door and she discovered that EWI has a strong initiative to promote literacy. Kanini has a passion for financial literacy and education which the primary reasons she became a EWI member.
Kanini represents member firm Associated Bank. She has been with Associated Bank for 3 years and has 18 years of experience in the banking industry.
Rachel Adas, Harder Funeral Home
Rachel has been involved with EWI since 2006. With EWI she has served on various committees, including, hospitality, golf outing, and communications. She has also served as ASIST scholarship chair in 2016, on the Board as ASIST Director in 2011 and Program Director in 2017. Rachel appreciates the relationships she’s formed in EWI. She values the opportunity to attend LCAM in 2016 and is especially excited to be back on the board and looking forward to a great 2017-2018 program and chapter year.
Terri Lodwick, All American Window & Door
Terri has been a member of EWI since June of 2013 and has served on many committees as well as Spring Conference. She served on the Board as Program Director, President Elect, and President.
Terri is the President of All American Window & Door. In August 2015, EWI was the fundraising recipient of $15,000 during All American’s “30 Years in Business Celebration”.
