2011-2012 Board of Directors
President
The President shall be the CEO of the Chapter and shall preside at all
meetings of the Chapter and of the Chapter board.
The President
shall have general charge of the business of the Chapter.

The Vice President/President-Elect shall be vested with all the powers
and shall perform all the duties of the
President in case of the absence
of the President, and shall perform such other duties as may be assigned
by the President or the Board.

Secretary
The Secretary shall keep and have charge of the minutes of all
proceedings of the representatives and
the Board; shall serve notices of
all meetings; shall execute official documents with the President;
shall
be custodian of the Seal and when so ordered by the Board shall affix
the Seal to any document;
shall keep the bylaws and such other papers as
the Board may direct and shall perform all duties
incident of the Office
of the Secretary, subject to the control of the Board.

Treasurer & Communications Director
The Treasurer shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and
disbursements; receive and
deposit all money of the Chapter, shall
disburse the funds of the Chapter as may be approved
by the Board;
render to the Board and Chapter accounts of all transactions of the
financial
condition of the Chapter; send each member firm notice of
annual assessments and/or
notices of delinquency and perform all duties
incident to the Office of the Treasurer subject
to control of the Board.
The Communications Director shall be responsible for the preparation and
distribution of the Chapter’s
monthly publication.

Membership
The Membership Director directs the activities of the Chapter in
securing new memberships
and in processing all changes in membership in
accordance with the bylaws.

Program
The Program Director shall have general charge of planning and arranging
the programs for
the regular meetings of the Chapter.

Ways & Means
The
Ways and Means Director shall devise, suggest and generally supervise
the ways
and means of financing special activities of the Chapter, make
recommendations of the
membership of its purposes and plans for securing
funds.

Sergeant-At-Arms
EWI
has attendance requirements that are strictly enforced. The custodian
of attendance is
the Sergeant-At-Arms. Our meeting reservations and
dinner checks are sent to the
Sergeant-At-Arms or brought to the meeting
each month. The Sergeant-At-Arms also retains
the member nametags and
prepares nametags for all guests at each meeting.

The Co-BC/DP Director (ASIST) shall organize the ASIST Scholarship Program
activities with the assistance
of a committee.
